The VfE 3 App Gets a Comments Exist Indicator

The Comments function gets a "green box" indicator that shows if comments exist for that specific module.

The app gets also some minor visual changes, besides an update of the background systems.

The updates are available in the Android version of the app as of build 173/1.7.3, and iOS / iPadOS / Apple Vision Pro as of build 3.6.2.
