The Android version 1.4.2 and the iOS/iPadOS version 3.0.9 of the app VISTALIZER for Enterprises 3.0 makes it possible to write comments or notes by tapping the orange 'Comments' button where available.
The comments feature is organized into eight logical themes with a limit of 5.000 characters for each whole:
1) Proposed Learning Paths
Plan e.g. current and future learning paths and save the specific learning path codes for you or your team for later reference. You can also write notes regarding your specific learning objectives regarding e.g. specific learning modules.
2) the "Big" Picture"
Plan e.g. an improvement project with different VISTALIZER solutions and save your notes for further reference. Add follow-up information as the project advances.
3) Learning Module A and B and the Car Analogy
Write e.g. comments how you could implement the considered issues in your own company. Save your thoughts regarding the Car Analogy, the related subjects and how these relate to your own company (e.g. regarding the management/improvement system). Explore additional links or analogies between motoring and process improvement and save your findings for further refinement and reference.
4) Learning Module C and the Mountain Analogy
Write e.g. comments regarding the implications of the considered change management issues in your own company. Save your thoughts regarding the Mountain Analogy, the related subjects and how these relate to your own company. Explore additional links between the Mountain Analogy and management of organizational change, and save your findings for further refinement and reference.
5) the Storytelling Module
Do the tasks and save your answers and considerations using the comments feature. You can also write an own story based on your configuration as the comments feature covers all sections #1-30 regardless of your selections.
6) Training | PDCA1
Write your answers and considerations using the comments feature for those tasks that have and additional task besides the task related to the attached document (see e.g. Task 1/10, 2/10 and 4/10).
7) Training | PDCA2
Study the PDCA2 case for each section (1-22) and write your preliminary observations (input) so that you can then develop your thoughts later on in the PDCA2 document (output).
8) Training | Tools
The comments feature covers also the visualized tool cases (Training | PDCA | Tools | Visualized Cases).
Depending on your device and virtual keyboard settings, you may want to use a floating keyboard to position the virtual keyboard according to your preferences.
