Company Culture and Performance Improvement Get Quite a Bit Easier - The VfE 3 App Comes Now with Audio Mode and Audioblogs

Vistalize roll-outs globally the next major update of its high-performance process improvement implementing and learning technology. Now in version 3.7, the VISTALIZER for Enterprises (VfE) app comes with both an Audio Mode feature and audioblogs. These new features contribute to increasing management awareness of modern process improvement, besides increasing the performance to alter the company culture and skill base in the desired direction.

The Audio Mode feature covers the three analogies, namely the mini-analogy (dealing with process improvement effectiveness), the car analogy (dealing with the total concept of process improvement and the improvement system) and the mountain analogy (dealing with management of organizational change and ambition levels). Using the feature you can both listen to the considerations, statements or comments for a specific issue or situation and enhance the learning experience further.

The three audioblogs (total duration 26:10) cover different perspectives of high-performance process improvement by Dr. Markus Pastinen. You can access the audioblogs in the three first modules of the app: from the main interface (Audioblog 1; duration 6:11), Learning Paths (Audioblog 2; duration 14:43) and The "Big" Picture (Audioblog 3; duration 5:16). You don't need an active subscription to listen to the audioblogs.

The version 3.7 is availabe for iOS / iPadOS in App Store as of 27/3/2025 (minimum requirement OS version 16.6). The corresponding Android version (build 1.8.7 / 187; minimum requirement Android 11) is available as of 03/04/2025 in Google Play.
